Early records of "Cooper and Sons" producing India Pale Ale can found in the South Australian Advertiser, dated February 1868. The Coopers IPA beer kit produces a beer with all the hallmarks of a genuine IPA from the "motherland", including a generous Styrian Golding hop nose. Package includes Coopers Brewery IPA beer kit, Coopers Light dry malt extract, dextrose, Coopers Carbonation Drops, and special British ale yeast. Package includes ingredients only.
